CANCELLATION POLICY

To respect both your time and mine, please review the following policy before booking: • Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance with no fee. • Late cancellations (after 24 hours of your appointment) will result in a charge of 50% of your remaining balance • No-shows will be charged 100% from Lash Theory and 50% from Refined Hair Studio of the scheduled service. Book every service that's needed. You cannot add on services at your appointment. If you need to make any changes or add-ons, don't hesitate to contact us promptly. While I do not charge traditional late fees, there is a 15 minute grace period. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be considered a late cancellation and charged accordingly, unless we have communicated otherwise in advance. Please be mindful and respectful of both of our time by canceling or rescheduling in a timely manner 💕 Thank you for understanding and supporting my business ✨
